The service people were very friendly and they repaired my car pretty quickly. I was very pleased to get my car back as soon as I did. However, I (unrealistically?) expected my car to have been washed after spending a significant amount to have it fixed. It’s been a while since I’ve had my car in anywhere for repair, so I realize service practices have changed.

Horrible Customer Service. They also try and rip you off. There website clearly states all prices include dealer fees. Price plus tax is what it states. They still try and charge dealer fees to everyone and won’t remove them until you say your going to leave a bad review. I decided to buy elsewhere and leave a bad review as well. Buy from somewhere else and you will be happy. At least your not buying from a known crook.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I drove up. I was greeted by name and invited to the waiting lounge which was well stocked with coffee, water, and drinks. Several people from the dealership checked on me while I was waiting plus I got a text from the service department saying to text them if I needed anything. I have been a customer for many years and one of the primary reasons is Rich Cook, the service manager. Sales staff is great also but to me its the service after the sale that keeps me as a repeat customer. I have worked with David Richardson and Dorothy Lamar buying vehicles in the past so I always stop in to say hi. Mazda makes amazing vehicles but they do not get the press of Toyota and Honda both of which I have owned in past. Mazda quality keeps me as a repeat customer.

Called Five Star Mazda service to schedule an appointment as my 2006 Mazda Tribute has been plagued with a burning smell and no one can determine the cause. I was told I would not be able to get serviced until December 12th. What kind of good service is that - sounds like NO service at all!

I called Five Star Mazda when I found out Riverside Ford was sending my vehicle over there for some engine codes. I talked to Rich and informed me that Brian would be the only one to touch it. I bought a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 GT 8/2015 (that took forever because of the lack of sense of urgency from finance). Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled 11/2015. 12/2015, I dropped my warranty services & its now March 2016 & they have not handled the situation. Recently purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 online. The sales person was Steve Glawson and his manager was Brad Campbell. Both were excellent to deal with. Other dealers told me they would try to ?bait & switch? on the price quoted to me, but that was not the case. They delivered on every promise they made with no surprises. I Negotiated the price of the vehicle via telephone calls and emails and Dorothy had all the paperwork ready to go and waiting for me when I got to the dealership. She honored the deal we worked out without question. This dealership has gone out of their way to take care of me. I drove 85 miles to buy my new vehicle from them and got a great deal, better than any deal from any other dealer around Atlanta. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I Began negotiating the price for a Mazda 6 over phone. We were close on price but not yet at a price i felt comfortable paying. Oh where to begin? This dealership is a extremely untrustworthy! I was on a trip from FL to north GA when my car broke down on the side of I-75. I had it towed to 5 Star...major mistake. I took my 2003 Mazda Tribute to the Mazda dealer to repair a cataliyic converter,because the car was making a terrible noise and would not run properly. When the mechanic went under my car he noticed it had a loose screw, he replaced it and the noise was gone. 5 Star Mazda service department actually needs a minus rating. They do not honor Mazda warranty for new vehicle purchases. They tried to fix my heat but did not and left so much damage to my car. They chipped both front door frames, did not fix my heat, and left my car's heater blowing toxic coolant fumes. I took it back twice and was without a car for a week with no rental even though it was to repair damage they did (and my car was bought new with full factory warranty).
